Logging a call
For information on technical support in the USA, please visit this page.
All calls requesting technical support in the United Kingdom should be logged through our Helpdesk.
Simply call our dedicated Helpdesk number on 0845 129 8134, or send an email to techsupport@flexsys-group.com.

Please supply as much information as possible about your problem, including any error messages or error codes that may be displayed on your screen and what you were attempting to do when the error occurred.
The more information that you are able to provide, the faster we will be able to pinpoint the exact nature of your problem and get you working once more.
Please note that all calls logged through our Helpdesk are given a unique call reference number.
Quoting this number to us in all communications relating to your problem will allow us to provide you with the best service possible.

Desktop Streaming
To avoid call-out charges, Flexsys also uses a technique known as 'Desktop Streaming' to allow us to connect to any PC or server - with your permission - and work on it as if we were in your office.

If you already possess a password to access this service, you may initiate Desktop Streaming now.
If not, your technical support representative can provide you with more information about this option.
